B.I.T.E. Boys in Training & Empowerment began as a simple idea to give boys in the school community a safe, structured place to go after school hours. What started as a small program at one school has grown to serve students at nearby schools. Founded and run entirely by a passionate teacher, this program is proof that one dedicated person can make a lasting difference.

B.I.T.E. (Boys in Training & Empowerment) is a youth mentorship and life-skills nonprofit dedicated to guiding boys from grade school through high school. Through mentorship, real-life scenarios, structured group activities, and open discussions, B.I.T.E. empowers young men to develop character, confidence, leadership, and the tools needed to successfully navigate life’s challenges.
This organization is established exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Its mission is to provide mentorship, educational programming, and life skills development for boys from third grade through high school.
Through real-life scenarios, group activities, structured mentoring, and open discussions, the organization aims to foster character development, leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and sound decision-making. These efforts are designed to equip participants with the tools and confidence needed to successfully navigate personal, academic, and social challenges.
